Deven Lewis Grabko will drive in the
2025 Nordic Aquila Formula 1000 Championship
with KEDA Motorsport.
Grabko is a name many may recognise. As a graduate of the successful Aquila Driver Academy International, the young outspoken Swedish-American pilot will make his formula racing debut in this season’s Nordic Aquila Formula 1000 Championship.
Deven makes the step up into single seater racing directly off the back of a truly impressive season in junior karting with AD Motorsport. He is a reigning double national series champion in Sweden, holding both the IAME Series Sweden X30 Junior title as well as the Sydsvenskans Kart Champion Cup (SKCC) crown in the Junior Open 125 category.
Additional highlights for the barely 13 year old talent include winning the 2024 Gothenburg Grand Prix, making wildcard appearances at the FIA Karting European Championship and RGMMC Champions of the Future Euro Series, and being selected to the United States National Team for the 2024 FIA Motorsport Games, where he competed admirably in the Junior Karting Sprint event in Valencia, Spain while also traveling with and being supported by the Swedish National Squad as well.
Represented by Italian outfit Minardi Management, and joining forces with the newly established KEDA Motorsport team, this ambitious young driver will definitely be one to watch for, as he will be looking to make an impact in his rookie season.
🎙️ “It is definitely a big step, but I am ready. I really just want to learn as much and as fast as I possibly can, and try to be competitve right away – then keep my head down and see where the season takes me. I’ve got some great people supporting me, which I am super thankful for, and I am just so excited to get out there!” ~ Deven Lewis Grabko
🎙️ “Deven brings a real International flavor to the series, building on a tradition of young outside talent coming here to Sweden to cut their teeth in formula racing and learn the trade with us here at Aquila. He comes to us as one of our higher profile drivers, and we’re really excited to see him in action with us.” ~ Johan Varland, Championship Promotor.
