Gustav Berglund will drive in the
2025 Nordic Aquila Formula 1000 Championship
with Team Motus GT.
The young Swede has proper viking heritage, already cracking 180cm in height whilst only just turning 13 in May of this year. A relative newcomer to racing, he made his karting debut in 2023.
Berglund will make his debut in the chamionship as a rookie this season and comes directly from junior karting at a national level, where he competed with Sjöberg Racing.
Gustav raced in the MKR & SKCC national series in the Junior Open 125 category, as well as the Rotax Max Challenge Sweden in Rotax Junior, and the IAME Series Sweden in X30 Junior, with results improving throughout the year.
Berglund will be a busy boy in 2025 as well, continuing with limited karting and sim racing calendars alongside his Aquila Formula 1000 duties.
